THE EASIEST WAY TO JOIN is to click the Paypal button below.
- Once you have set up a PayPal account, PayPal accepts all forms of payments including credit cards and international payments in Euros, Canadian dollars, or other currencies.
- We do expect payment in US dollars when the $ comes to us, whether thru PayPal, Cash or International Money Order.
- Payments for new members' dues will be accepted at any time during the current calendar year and will cover membership through the current calendar year (which includes access to the entire archive of newsletters).
- The Guild year runs from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
- Please make a note of any pertinent information in the section provided by PayPal. For example, if you use a business account to join, also give your own name (only persons can be members, even though your business pays for your membership). If you use a different email address for Yahoo!, please provide it.
MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE RENEWED IN JANUARY OF EACH YEAR.
- Payments for renewal of Guild memberships are due on or after January 1 for the upcoming new year and will be accepted until the last day of January.
- Members from previous years who renew on February 1 or later need to
select "New Membership" as the type of payment.

UPDATE my member info (please include OLD and NEW Info in your email):
- Dues are not prorated for those who join during the year.
- Newsletters dating back to March, 2003, are available to current members on an Newsletter Archive CD for a nominal cost, and several years of newsletters are available at our Archive Site for members only download. You can join at any time and have access to a tremendous volume of patterns and discussion.
- We encourage you to download all membership materials. If you require these materials to be mailed to you via post outside the USA, there will be an additional cost for postage. We do offer to do what we can to assist you in the information you need to use the download option.
- MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES a monthly newsletter & Membership in our Guild. New members will be invited by e-mail to join our Forum. This is an invitation-only group and will not cause you spam problems. You will get a world-wide knitting community to share your questions, experiences and enthusiasms. Guild membership also allows you access to our special events such as our membership-wide contest. We try to include events that everyone can participate in regardless of how far apart we all live.
- The
CMKG Newsletters are available as a download from our site
every month*. The editors announce the most recent version on
the Forum.
Those who are unable to gain access to it that way may request a paper version. If you wish to receive paper copies by mail you must specify this when you join. We do encourage you to download the newsletter if you are able, because the photos are in color and larger that way--plus, you'll get it faster. Unless we hear otherwise, we'll assume that the newsletters are reaching you.
It is the responsibility of the member to contact
for help if the newsletter doesn't arrive within a reasonable time.
Please do so right away so as not to miss any issues.
